To Indian Railways.
Dear Sir / Madam.
on 12th July 2009, I travelled from Thane to Malkapur by 2809 Howrah
mail vide PNR No 8232610800 , and coach no was S6/09 .
The started from Thane at 21.15 hrs , but the Train conductor arrived
to check the ticket only after 2 hrs , i.e. after Kasara Stn. It
irritated me because
1. I am a 59 years old man , can not sleep properly .
2. The berth no itself was in a very bad position where no body can sleep.
3. I was just trying to close my eyes , the TTE knocked me for the
ticket and I just got up from my pre mature sleep.
4. I asked him why he was so delay ?
5. He got very embarrassed and told that he was looking after six
coaches and the delay was justified. He explained to the fellow
passengers that he was just fade up with this job and wants to leave.
Now I want to know from Indian Railways whether that TTE was
really alloted six coaches ? If yes , the Railways administration must
be condemmed.
If no , the TTE should be trained properly.
The name of the TTE was Mr. B.P.Singh of Bhusawal Division.
Leaving the matter with Railway Administration.
Regards.
